This website is operated by Olga Obolonskaya on behalf of Nova Terra Realty LLC (real estate brokerage, Illinois and Florida) and Nova Terra Capital (business-purpose real estate financing).

When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and any details you choose to share. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type) to improve the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.

Sharing
